01
The role
You will work directly with the founder across growth, client work, internal systems, market research, demos, and AI experiments. The job is to take messy business context and help turn it into useful content, workflows, sales assets, implementation plans, and repeatable systems.
As you build context, the role becomes more external-facing. You will support real client implementation work, help turn company insight into growth systems, and learn how AI projects are sold, scoped, built, and delivered.
- Turn sales calls, client work, demos, and transcripts into content, sales assets, implementation ideas, and follow-up systems.
- Help build the content and demand engine around webinars, demos, newsletters, short-form video, and founder-led distribution.
- Support client implementation projects once the context is clear enough for you to take real pieces of work.
- Build small workflows, automations, agents, dashboards, or internal tools that make the company and its clients more effective.
- Learn to identify what should become content, what should become a sales asset, what should become a demo, and what should become a reusable system.
02
Experimentation is part of the job
You cannot be useful in AI implementation from the sidelines. You need to use the tools, test workflows, compare approaches, and develop judgment from real work.
Each week, you should be producing visible work: content angles, post drafts, workflow tests, demo ideas, client implementation notes, internal system improvements, or research.
- Test agentic systems, workflow tools, coding agents, and implementation patterns.
- Document what worked, what broke, and what should be used again.
- Turn experiments into either client-facing value, internal leverage, or high-signal content.
- Build enough context to know when AI creates leverage and when it creates noise.
03
Who this is for
This is for someone early in their career or actively trying to break into AI who wants to get very good, very quickly.
We do not care about your resume. We do not care what you have done previously. We care that you have high agency, that you are ambitious, and that you live and breathe this stuff.
You may be coming from marketing, operations, sales, college, a first job, a technical hobby, or something unrelated. What matters is that you are already pulling on the thread of AI and want to turn that obsession into real capability.
- You are already experimenting with tools like Hermes, Claude Code, Codex, Pi, and other agentic systems.
- You are building your own skills, hooks, workflows, or custom agent configurations.
- You are proactive and comfortable operating in less structured environments.
- You want responsibility to expand as your capability expands.
04
What good looks like
Good work here means becoming useful fast. You should make the growth engine sharper, the client work easier to deliver, and the company more capable every week.
An example of what you might handle is:
- You research a client segment, build a webinar or demo idea around a real implementation problem, and turn it into a clear campaign.
- You help shape the script, produce the supporting assets, and build the follow-up system that turns interest into sales conversations.
- You join the implementation work that follows, helping turn the same insight into workflows, automations, documentation, or reusable client systems.
05
How we hire
We prefer evidence over interview performance. This role starts with a 3-month paid pilot or contract-to-full-time path so both sides can judge the fit through real work.
The point is not the title. The point is to start with real work, see how quickly you can become useful, and expand if the fit is obvious.
Short application.
Send a short Loom and links to work that makes your judgment visible. We care about what you have built, shipped, written, automated, researched, or improved.
Interview.
We talk for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on where the conversation goes. The goal is to understand how you think, what you are curious about, and whether the fit is worth testing with real work.
Paid work sample.
The sample may involve turning messy company or client context into a growth angle, implementation plan, demo concept, workflow, or follow-up system.
3-month paid pilot.
If the work sample goes well, we start a paid pilot. If the fit is strong, the role can expand into a long-term full-time position with more external implementation work.
06
Compensation and upside
Compensation will depend on the paid pilot, the shape of the role, and the value you can create.
This is not meant to be a capped junior job. If you become genuinely useful across growth, implementation, systems, and client work, compensation should ramp quickly with your scope and impact.
The goal is simple: as the business grows, your responsibility and compensation should grow with it.
07
Why this is worth your time
Wielding AI efficiently is the single most valuable skill you can build in today's economy.
We will make you a top 1% AI operator. You will get paid to work on real client problems, internal systems, growth experiments, and actual implementation. You will have an inside view into how companies are scaling.
We want to work with ambitious people. You may want to:
- Start your own business.
- Become an AI engineer.
- Launch a spin-out implementation firm.
- Grow into a senior role at Dodo.
We are open to all of it. The point is to support your growth and help you become much more capable, wherever you take it.
